The Manager's Course addresses how to implement the techniques of SASH into a venue's operations, a process we call The Three Cheers Program. To view and schedule the steps in the program, please download / print out the program checklist below. (You may have already completed some of these items, whilst others will be explained during this course.)

Unlike in the SASH course the videos in this Manager's Course are not compulsory to view but are recommended for best outcomes. Reminder: videos can be played back at increased speeds.

QUIZ: The quizzes are compulsory to complete in the Manager's Course with a pass mark of 100%, though you do get multiple chances to do so. Be thoughtful of the answers you choose and make a note of the correct ones as you go, cause if you get one question incorrect you have to do the whole quiz again.
