The Three Cheers Program

The Manager's Course takes 1 hour to Complete

This course instructs on how to implement SASH into a venue, a process called The Three Cheers Program, and is designed for the implementing Manager to do. Following this process is the most effective way for a venue to get the best results as it tailors the techniques to best suit their operation.

The Manager's Course demonstrates how to ensure staff properly understand the content of SASH and how to apply it in their work. There are optional role-plays to do held in an especially designed staff-meeting or workshop. There are in-service exercises to implement, as well as data analysis techniques to confirm the program is being rolled out properly, and much more.

The Manager's Course can only be done after first completing SASH. The course comes with a comprehensive Notes Handout / Guide and Checklist to help ensure proper implementation of the program. It consists of videos and quizzes. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon the course's successful completion.
